Billing questions
What counts against my monthly minutes?
Only transcription. Minutes are used when a video you upload is transcribed. Editing, filler cleanup, clips, chapters, captions and re-exports don’t use minutes.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset each billing cycle and don’t roll over. Top-up minutes are different — they stay on your account until you use them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then you move to Free — no further charges. Your finished exports stay in your library.
How can I pay?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew monthly; minute top-ups are one-time payments, never auto-charged.
